Melbourne alone did not take it all, there were other Australian cities who made it into this year’s top 10. These cities include Adelaide which took the number 5 spot, Sydney which took the 7th spot and Perth which took the 9th spot.

Many cities who probably should have done well couldn’t because of conflicts and wars. An example of such is Damascus which is in the war-torn Syria – it ranked the lowest, scoring only 20% for stability.
