This office governs the conduct of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. We employ qualified Solicitors in the United Kingdom who are experts in the field of Immigration Law.

Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA)

This government body provides information for consumers about their rights, the obligations of registered migration agents under the code of conduct and protects consumers in ensuring that they select and use registered and professionally competent migration advisors.

Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner in the United Kingdom (OISC)

Set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, the OISC is a government body which regulates and supervisors Immigration Advisors. It is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry, registration with the OISC gives you peace of mind, confidence and protection.

Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)

The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the governing body responsible for supervising and regulating the work of Canadian Immigration Consultants. The Council replaces the now-defunct Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). Sync Visas work with registered ICCRC consultants which means your case will be reviewed by an ICCRC Canadian Attorney.

US Immigration Lawyers

In London we employ a qualified and licenced US Immigration Attorneys to provide our clients the highest level of expertise and knowledge on US Immigration law. Our US Attorney is registered with the New York Bar.

NZL Immigration Advisory Authority (IAA)

The IAA regulates New Zealand Immigration Lawyers. Sync Visas through our MARA are able to offer NZL Immigration advice to customer who require this from London. New Zealand Immigration is very complicated and it is important that you deal with a competent person.
