Nurses can qualify for Express Entry under the federal skilled worker only if the applicant meets the program requirements. They have to score 67 points based on some main factors i.e education, age, work experience, and language proficiency. If the applicant meets all these requirements then, they are eligible to apply for the express entry.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS
Nurses can immigrate to Canada through PNP. PNPs immigration programs run by the provincial government and the federal government. Each province in Canada operates its own PNP with multiple streams.
If you aren’t currently eligible for any of the immigration options above, you may still be able to come to Canada. As an international student, you can build on your nursing degree to help advance your career, while living, studying, and even working in Canada.
Nurses with international experience and degree may also seek temporary residency in Canada if they get a valid job offer and work permit. Once working in Canada on a temporary basis, they can apply for permanent residency later.
